Acting on behalf of the owners, Devonshire Investment Holdings, NJC have let two of the units in the well-known retail precinct in Oxford City Centre. Unit 14/15 has been taken by Coffeesmith, an independent coffee shop, and Unit 7 is now occupied by Fit Cookie , a well-known supplement and vitamin retailer.
Tim Norris-Jones of NJC said “we are very pleased to have completed these lettings in a very challenging retail market. Despite the various Government restrictions caused by the pandemic over the last 9 months we have seen steady interest in Oxford city centre retail and expect to see a resurgence in footfall and occupier demand as we move into the new year.”
Chris Naylor, asset manager at Devonshire Holdings, said “Golden Cross is a unique and historical retail courtyard in Oxford city centre and forms an important link between Cornmarket and the Covered Market. We are delighted to welcome two vibrant independent retailers new to Oxford and are seeking similar tenants in order to revitalise this part of the city.”
There are just 3 units remaining - please contact NJC on 01865 910184 for further details.
