Relocation of Global Canopy Programme

We recently completed a successful relocation of the Oxford based tropical forest think tank Global Canopy Programme, from their offices on Park End Street to newly refurbished offices in Frewin Court, in the centre of Oxford.

We were approached by the non-profit organisation as they were looking for alternative available office space along with help in settling their end of lease matters including dilapidations as well as negotiating the most advantageous terms for their new lease.

From agreeing the lease negotiations to working with our partners Business Designs Ltd on the fit-out works for the new offices we successfully relocated Global Canopy Programme to their new offices in the time frame given, whilst saving them a substantial amount of money.
