Premier Inn and Beefeater come to the Oxford Technology Park

Plans have been submitted for a Premier Inn and Beefeater restaurant at Oxford Technology Park.
The scheme, submitted to Chewell District Council is for a 101-bedroom hotel and 150-cover restaurant on Langford Road, opposite the airport. They will be among 440,000 sq ft of hi-tech, laboratory and office space being developed by Hill Street Holdings, part of the north Oxford technology cluster.
David Williams, partner at Bidwells, which along with Benedicts, is marketing the scheme, said: “It is important for a technology Park to have a campus-style environment."
“A large proportion of the businesses coming to the park will need to accommodate colleagues and customers from overseas, making the hotel a convenient and valuable asset.”
Work could start as early as next year if consent is given and the hotel and restaurant could open in early 2019.
